Role Summary

We’re expanding our team! The newly created Senior HR Systems Administrator will serve as a primary point-of-contact for HR Systems inquiries, issues, and enhancements. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR Systems, including SuccessFactors, across the enterprise as well as playing a key role in new implementations such as Lever ATS.


What You Will Do

Responsibilities, including, but not limited to:

  • Partnering with business stakeholders to define HR systems needs and with IT to implement solutions.
  • Support implementations and continual maintenance of HR systems.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting of HR systems inquiries, issues, and ad-hoc business needs.
  • Conduct thorough systems analysis and testing.
  • Maintaining system documentation for enhancements and on-going changes.
  • Administrative support of Time Tracking.
  • Partnering with IT and Payroll on integrations and support.
  • Research and resolve HRIS problems such as data transfer issues, process flaws, data discrepancies and recommend solutions or alternatives to meet business needs.
  • Conduct end user system training as needed with the HR team and internal stakeholders.


What You Will Bring

  • Strong background in HRIS products, analysis, business systems and processes, and understanding of HR workflows.
  • 3-5 years related systems and implementation experience.
  • Relentless focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Flexible and able to prioritize projects and tasks.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to thoroughly test systems changes.
  • Experience implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central, Role-Based-Permissions, workflow-management, and business rules.
  • An agile thinker with the ability to be flexible and an understanding of how to prioritize.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to provide systems solutions to complex business problem.
  • Serve as a consultant, advisor, and partner to those throughout the organization.
  • Team player willing to pitch in, as needed, for the greater good.
  • Strong sense of pride and ownership and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile.
