Job Purpose

The Inside Channel Account Manager is responsible for generating profitable revenue from sales to assigned SMB accounts in an allocated region.

 

Main Duties

  • Handle & Qualifying Partner Application
  • Partner Program Webinars (Certification, Portal/Deal Registration, Marketing, Pricelist Support/PS) Onboarding
  • Leveraging Enablement Team to assist with Onboarding of Partners
  • Achieve bookings quota
  • Lead opportunity identification and sales activities
  • Engage and enable joint selling with key channel partners
  • Manage and cultivate strong consultative relationships with business decision
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of customer’s business (pain points, priorities,
  • business drivers, etc.) to appropriately align Sophos solutions to customer’s needs

 

Skills & Experience

  • Deep knowledge in selling technology solutions to business leaders and key stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to present, communicate, negotiate with, and sell to small business market  
  • Ability to sell through and with channel partners
  • Strategic and tactical account planning
