Sr. Paid Media Specialist  

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media) to join our growing in-house digital team. This position will plan, develop, and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase our brands' visibility and recognition and drive new user acquisition while increasing ROAS.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Build, launch and manage:
    • Global paid search campaigns in (Google/Bing)
    • Global paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook/IG, Youtube)
    • Global programmatic (DSP) and ABM campaigns
    • Global retargeting (Google 360, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Create and deliver meaningful insights through analytics and reporting bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly to marketing leaders.
  • Create ad and landing page A/B messaging tests
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across the internal marketing team and web development teams as well as external vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns and projects are properly executed, tracking, measured and reported
  • Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives through best practices in the industry of the following tasks:
    • Keyword research and website research
    • Campaign structure building
    • Ad copy creation
    • Tagging: GTM experience, publisher UI experience
    • Ensuring smooth launch


Skill & Experience


  • You are a confident Paid Media marketer seeking a role with a Global scope.
  • 5-6 years hands-on experience in a data-driven role managing performance-based paid social, paid search, and ABM campaigns at a direct-sales company or marketing agency
  • BA or BS in Marketing or a related discipline is preferred
  • Expert understanding of Google Analytics
  • Working knowledge of Google 360 (Campaign Manager, Search and Display 360)
  • Verifiable copywriting skills specifically for paid media ads in paid search and display.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • A positive outlook and a strong desire to learn as much as you can
  • Additional certifications would be an advantage (Google Analytics, Google Ads Display, Google Ads Mobile, YouTube Ad, Bing Ads, etc.
