Role Summary

The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the EMEA Talent organization and local Hungary HR team. Working effectively to support all administrative aspects for the Talent team, from registering applications from agencies, coordinating Recruiter and Manager interview schedules, liaising with candidates, running reports for the EMEA Talent Team etc; through to provision of administration support to the Hungarian HR team, e.g. helping compile offer letters, onboarding and referencing. Depending on the individual, the role may suit a strong administrator who is highly organized and enjoys administration and contact with others, e.g. candidates; or a career role with options to develop further Recruitment expertise or HR development.


What You Will Do

  • Follow established processes to gather and record Agency candidate submissions in centralized systems that record where the candidate originates from and updates their progress through the hiring process
  • Coordinate diaries for both Recruiters and hiring managers to arrange interviews, liaising with candidates to sort out best times and to provide any instructions regarding the next stage of the interview process.
  • Fielding candidate enquires, getting answers to respond, or escalating where there may be issues or more complex queries.
  • Prepare a range of recruiting reports for TA, HR, and IT leadership, maintaining accuracy and quality and track agenda items for TA team meetings
  • Support the scheduling of interviews for panel stages, ramp-up campaigns, and graduate programs
  • Manage the reporting and tracking for new starters across the region to ensure IT have an accurate demand signal for equipment provisioning
  • Support the local TA team in sourcing campaigns for talent initiatives
  • Produce Offers of Employment for Hungary (and others as requested) candidates and follow the process through to offer acceptance, receipt of all new joiner paperwork
  • Initiating third party referencing procedures
  • Supporting the onboarding of Hungarian colleagues



What You Will Bring


  • Strong organizational ethos allied to ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple stakeholders
  • Reporting skills, utilizing Excel, with a strong eye for detail and quality allied to auditing skills
  • Experience of managing event coordination and stakeholder calendar scheduling   
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written and ability to build relationships
  • Fluent business level English (other EUR languages may be helpful)
  • Self-driven and personally motivated, understanding the impact of quality of input on quality of output and team brand and reputation.
  • High regard for teamwork, willing and able to ‘run to the fire’
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and/or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) would be beneficial but not essential
