Sophos is known for our innovative technologies, products and services, and for the people behind them. As part of the Product Operations team, you will be responsible for global price list publication, pricing analysis, and product and pricing data in our CRM and quoting systems.


Main Duties

  • Manage preparation and publication of Sophos’s channel partner price lists globally;
  • Identify and implement improvements in price list preparation and publication processes;
  • Support business stakeholders with pricing analysis;
  • Working closely with product management, finance, engineering operations, and IT, ensure timely and correct setup of the product, pricing, and promotion-related data in CRM;
  • Promote product setup and change processes with the key stakeholders;
  • Support sales and sales operations in troubleshooting and resolving quoting, pricing, and product setup issues;
  • Support sales teams with licensing and pricing queries;

You are a fast learner who is adaptable and comfortable working under the pressure of set deadlines. Strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving, tenacity, and well-developed communication skills will set you apart from your peers.


Essential skills & experience:

·       Demonstrated ability to manage requests including prioritization, estimation, coordination, and documentation;

·       Ability to maintain utmost attention to detail while handling multiple tasks under time pressure;

·       Must be able to work well with others as part of a cross-functional, regionally dispersed team;

·       Demonstrated written and verbal interpersonal communication and presentation skills;

·       Self-motivated and able to take ownership of tasks;

·       Strong numeracy, problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make fast decisions;

·       Experienced user of Microsoft Excel and VBA

·       Performing price and sales data analysis and reporting using analytical tools, e.g. Power BI


Desired skills & experience:

·       Experience with task, project and knowledge management platforms (e.g. Jira, Trello, Wiki, etc)

·       Understanding of lead-opportunity-quote-order cycle in B2B environment;

·       Experience in performing system administration for quoting engine and CRM applications;

·       Familiarity with CPQ (Configure Price Quote) tools;

·       Teaching and Training Experience / Skills;
