Ihre Aufgaben

  • Als Manager Enterprise Sales leiten Sie unser Direct Touch Team in Deutschland  und gestalten aktiv den Auf- und Ausbau des Sophos Enterprise Business.
  • Gestaltung und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie für unser Enterprise Kunden Segment (Fokus >2000User) 
  • Management der Pipeline und Umsatzforecasting
  • Erreichen der Umsatz- und Produktgruppenziele
  • Führung und Unterstützung der Außendienst Mitarbeiter des Direct Touch Teams 
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Channel Partnern bei der Projektrealisierung 
  • Vermittlung von zielführenden Vertriebsmethodiken 
  • Identifizierung und Klassifizierung von Key Accounts in Deutschland, um das Bestandskundengeschäft auszubauen und Neugeschäft zu generieren 
  • Teilnahme an relevanten Kunden- und Partnerevents in Deutschland (z.B. Roadshows)  

Ihr Profil 

  • Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von komplexen IT-Lösungen an Firmenkunden und können entsprechende Erfolge nachweisen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Channel Partnern 
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung 
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig, erfolgsorientiert und sind abschlussstark
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Kundenmarktes Ihrer Region und idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertrieb von IT Security Lösungen 
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen Organisationsstrukturen und dem Vertrieb auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen
  • Ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung zusammen mit einer Affinität für technische Zusammenhänge runden Ihr Profil ab
