Ihre Aufgaben

Als MSP Channel Account Manager sind Sie für das Onboarding, die Betreuung und den Ausbau unserer Managed Service Providers (MSP) in der Region Central Europe verantwortlich. Sie treiben so hauptsächlch über das Telefon das Neugeschäft und die Entwicklung von Top-Partnern voran.

  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Partner hinsichtlich Anforderungen, Vorteilen sowie Handhabung unseres MSP Connect Flex Programms  sowe Sophos Partner Programms

  • Entwicklung und Koordination von Marketingmaßnahmen gemeinsam mit unserer Marketingabteilung zur Förderung des MSP Umsatzes
    Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen (z.B. Sales Engineering; Sales)  

  • Betreuung und Pflege unseres CRM Systems (SalesForce), Pipeline Pflege, Forecast-Tracking etc.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb von komplexen IT-Lösungen/-Technologien

  • Erste Erfahrungen mit dem MSP-Vertriebs-Modell wären von Vorteil

  • Technische Kenntisse im Bereich APIs, RMM oder SIEM/SOAR sind ebenfalls von Vorteil 

  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Erfolgsorientierung und Abschlussstärke

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM Systemen (idealerweise Salesforce)

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
