Job Purpose:

You will work within the Benelux Corporate Team, responsible for generating profitable revenue from individual sales within assigned territory, selling successfully with and through the Sophos channel community, and support the field-based Benelux team in achieving the overall territory goals.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve bookings quota for assigned territories – 50 to 549 or 749 IT users within the Benelux corporate accounts
  • Achieve new business and product sales targets for assigned territories – build on existing territory while continuing to create demand within the territory
  • Ensure successful customer retention from both number of accounts and revenue targets
  • Work closely with customers and partners to expand Sophos footprint with assigned customer base
  • Drive net new logo customer acquisition metrics and pipeline within assigned territories
  • Lead selected channel sales activities in assigned territory not assigned to the Channel Account Executive
  • Support the external sales in arranging prospect and customer meetings, producing quotes, and forecasting for assigned territory
  • Manage all opportunities in the assigned territory to increase deal size and accelerate the buying process
  • Log all activity to maintain accuracy of SFDC and forecasting systems
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of customer’s business (pain points, priorities, business drivers, etc.) to appropriately align specific solutions to customer needs
  • Work with partners to consistently articulate Sophos’ value proposition to customer in order to maintain and expand Sophos’ business within assigned customer accounts
  • Responsible for forecasting monthly/quarterly business

 

Beneficial Skills/Experience:

  • Strong telephone selling technique
  • Ability to work within small and medium accounts, 50 employees and above
  • Ability to hunt for net new logo customers within territories
  • Self-starter with the ability to work within a team, focused on individual goals and overall team goals
  • Manage time and importance of tasks assigned
  • Previous experience in a sales environment
  • Frist experience in selling IT solutions would be ideal 
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding territory sales quotas
  • Familiarity with SFDC and forecasting systems would be ideal
  • Strong Negotiation and Presentation skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills (Dutch & French & English)
