Job overview:

We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join the Sophos European Marketing team and support with activites for Benelux. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience with an innovative global Cybersecurity business.


In this role you will develop, implement, execute and measure the results of marketing operations for Benelux . You will cover all aspects of marketing related to Customers, Prospects, and Channel Partners.


Main duties:

  • Lead Generation:

Implementing and measuring lead generation programmes using a variety of direct marketing disciplines, including Digital Marketing (Google adwords campaigns, Webinars, Account Based Marketing …).

  • Leads lifecycle:

Organising and monitoring feedback from campaigns /events and recording leads into SalesForce, to measure RoI and provide recommendations on improvements.

  • Channel Marketing:

Contributing to the implementation of the marketing operational side of the Channel Partner Program in the Benelux, including Partner Portal management, communication to Partners, recruitment operations, channel events, partner training, and joint marketing operations.

  • Trade shows and Events:

Organising and implementing events, including exhibitions, trade shows and seminars.

  • Sales collaterals and promotional stock:

Regularly reviewing the stock of sales collaterals and promotional stock in relation to the team’s ongoing requirements and reordering or reprinting when necessary. Researching and proposing local promotional items.

  • Customer, Channel Partner and Prospect databases:

Ensuring constant updates and quality of Sophos Customer and Channel Partner databases, with the help of Sophos Sales Team. Ensuring constant updates of Prospect databases with the latest information gathered from various sources (purchase of new databases, results of leads generation programmes, meetings).

  • Customer Lifecycle Program:

Implementing and follow-up all marketing aspects of the Customer Lifecycle Program.


Skills & experience:

For this position we are seeking an organised, deadline driven, multi-tasker. You are a motivated team-player with the following skills and experience:


  • Experience of Marketing B2B solutions
  • Experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience of implementing vendor partner programs desirable
  • Examples of measuring campaign performance against objectives
  • Good project management, time management, and written communication skills
  • Fluent Dutch is required alongside professional level French and English
  • Flexibility to travel is required in order to visit suppliers and attend regional events
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (Marketing or Business disapline preferred)
  • Professional marketing qualification
