Location: Serbia or Croatia Remote - hired via local third party

 

Main Duties:

 

  • Assist the Country Manager and Channel Managers with basic queries
  • Assist the Marketing team in organizing and preparing events
  • Help the SE team with organizing and booking training events
  • Support resellers with collating leads generated through events
  • Organizing meetings for Channel and Country Managers
  • Assist the team with the logistics of marketing materials
  • Assist channel partners with supply chain related queries
  • Assist all existing partners to achieve their renewal quota in Eastern Europe Territory
  • Be the first point of contact for our partners and distributors to support them for all questions related to Partner Portal Access, licensing issues, deal registrations, product enquiries, etc.
  • Prepare quotations for partners and distributors in Eastern Europe Territory
  • Maintain and update Salesforce system (accounts, opportunities)

 

Skills & Experiences:

 

  • Secondary education
  • First experience of managing channel partners in a technology environment
  • Proven experience of facilitating onboarding and enablement activities for channel partners
  • Knowledge of software channel ecosystems in the territory
  • Familiarity with CRM/PRM and forecasting systems
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Serbian language
