Job Purpose

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will support our Global Sales Organization, working closely with executive leaders to drive business outcomes. Reporting to the HR Director, the ideal candidate understands how to support a global organization and collaborate effectively with Regional HR leads and Business Partners.

You will play both a strategic role with our executive leaders where you will operate as a member of their teams and be accountable for aligning the global HR strategies with each department. You will also be hands-on, providing full cycle HR support to the US and LATAM teams, from employee relations, talent and performance management, and rolling out HR programs and initiatives for these groups. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure headcount growth is on target and aligned with overall company objectives

Main Duties

  • Execute and align HR strategy to the business objectives of the Global Sales Organization
  • Develop strong partnerships with our executive and senior leadership, as well as stakeholders, including but not limited to Finance, Talent Acquisition, HRBP’s
  • Partner with business leaders to implement solutions that creatively solve complex business challenges
  • Think big but also able to “roll up your sleeves” to get things done
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to successfully monitor the “pulse” of client groups to ensure high levels of employee engagement
  • Coaching and mentoring at all levels of management
  • Facilitate leadership assessments and succession planning to identify high potentials for the organizations. Partner with leadership on developing key talent
  • Manage global HR programs and initiatives with client groups, including:
    • Full cycle HR support for the US and LATAM teams:
      • Manage and resolve employee relations, calibration and compensation reviews, workforce and budget planning, training and development, retention, engagement, and diversity and inclusion strategies
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of local employment legislation and compliance to reduce legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Work closely with subject matter experts to help align global corporate policies with local requirements.
  • Global and regional HR projects as assigned


Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years of relevant HR Business Partner experience, supporting US and global organizations, preferably in technology companies
  • Experience in a strategic HR role, working directly with senior leadership with demonstrated ability to influence and build strong partnerships
  • Strong business and HR acumen with a demonstrated understanding of metrics, drivers and compensation plans
  • Recent experience in the delivery of all facets of HR, including but not limited to; complex employee issues, performance management, compensation reviews, talent assessments, leadership development, and change management
  • Sense of urgency with proven ability to manage priorities based on business needs
  • Highly collaborative with a strong desire to deliver results and create a positive work environment
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to adapt to a variety of communication settings and styles
  • Able to thrive and deliver results in a complex and fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledgeable with US employment laws and compliance 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, and HR Designation preferred
