Job Purpose:

IT As Code is becoming the standard: Automaton is the only way technology can scale to meet modern needs, but security is a key concern. When there is automation there is an opportunity for abuse. A chance for bad actors to find and exploit vulnerabilities. There is a disconnect between those who build and deploy infrastructure, automation, and code and those tasked with securing it. Our solutions bring the two together shifting security teams left and developer right so they can meet in the middle leading to a more security and scalable world. We are a radically simple DevSecOps Solution Delivery Automation Platform bridges the gap between DevOps and Cybersecurity.

Cybersecurity teams are leveraging our visual drag-and-drop builder while DevOps teams are augmenting their existing CI/CD or cloud workflows using tools they love. Teams can start with customization or jumpstart the agile solution delivery process via pre-built pipelines.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end sales cycle for prospective customers, taking warm inbound leads, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the DevSecOps space and digital transformation teams at companies.  This will be a mix of expanding Refactr’s usage in our existing account base and finding, qualifying, and closing opportunities with prospective customers. We’re looking for highly motivated salespeople who thrive with the freedom to decide how to spend your day, and how best to contribute to your team’s goals.


Skills & Experience:

  • You have a minimum experience of 5 years owning the entire sales cycle for a technical product to Enterprise level accounts, and you want to hone your craft in a startup like atmosphere with the backing of a high growth security leader.
  • You’ve excelled at selling into Cybersecurity, public cloud, DevOps, or DevSecOps groups within the enterprise segment
  • You’re hunger humble smart.
  • You are money motivated. You desire aim to exceed your quota, and you enjoy and thrive working in fast-paced environments with longer sales cycles.
  • You are collaborative with marketing, sales engineers, alliances, product, customer success, and others to get your deal done, and work well in a cross functional environment.  
  • You’re open, honest and take an entrepreneurial approach to sales, mindful of your customer’s risk tolerance.
