Scrum Master

Job Purpose:

Working for one of the world’s top cyber security companies, your role will be to manage some of the most important and most complex new product and service offerings through their complete development lifecycle.

You will drive a variety of product and service programs related to our Managed Threat Response (MTR) organization – with light gates applied to an agile development approach – and with tracking of our main product release programs and cross-team development projects against our broader portfolio plans and roadmaps.

Main Duties:

• Hands on, technical project management to track and report on the status of our sprint completion and product releases based on plan, to product and engineering leaders  
• Work with engineering leads and managers for those releases to ensure that milestones are achieved on time
• Acting SCRUM master for 5 development teams building a cloud-delivered micro-services platform for MTR
• Schedule, manage, and document development meetings – stand-ups, retrospectives, sizing, sprint planning

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

• 5-year experience in Project Management working in an Agile development methodology
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Excellent knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) to manage sprint planning, and tracking delivery against milestones
• Project Management methodologies and tools
• Accurate estimation and execution of projects
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
