Job Purpose

If you’ve ever used Yelp to choose a restaurant, you know the power of customer reviews to influence your decisions. Every day, customers of Sophos and our competitors post product reviews at sites like Gartner Peer Insights, Capterra, and G2. As Program Manager, Peer Reviews, you will ensure that Sophos’s products and brand are reflected well on these sites. You will also engage with the customers who post reviews and share what you learn with the rest of the organization.


Main Duties

  • Work with other teams, including marketing operations, communications, field marketing, and sales, to build and manage a pipeline of customers willing to post high-quality reviews.
  • Follow up with reviewers about their concerns and to solicit additional feedback; share collected feedback with product management, support, and other teams.
  • Monitor incoming product reviews and, where necessary, work with the sites to ensure inappropriate and poor-quality reviews are removed or reclassified.
  • Collect data and report on the peer reviews program, including pipeline effectiveness, product ratings, recurring review themes, etc.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the account managers at the review sites.
  • Ensure Sophos marketing copy and product information are kept up to date on review sites.
  • Continuously monitor the dynamics of the peer reviews industry and gather feedback from customers, sales, and partners about which sites are most important for Sophos.


Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years prior experience in marketing or a related field; experience in information security or another high-tech industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, planning & prioritization skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficient with MS Office and online research
  • Experience tracking and reporting on metrics/data
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
