Main Duties

  • Help to define, build and execute the North America demand gen plan to exceed company goals for marketing qualified leads and opportunity conversions
  • Suggest creative and state-of-the-art ways to build demand around target areas such as solutions, industries and company size
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing programs (webinars, content syndication, digital display and direct mail)
  • Support an innovative product road map by helping to launch new version and product releases
  • Develop, execute and optimize targeted email and nurture campaigns
  • Monitor, track and report on campaign performance
  • Work closely with sales to communicate new campaigns, gain feedback on lead quality and optimize accordingly
  • Process incoming leads from marketing programs (in collaboration with Marketing Specialist)
  • Manage third party vendors
  • Bring a can-do attitude and be prepared to support new key marketing initiatives as required

Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years prior marketing, customer marketing or marketing programs experience. High tech experience is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to execute and track multiple marketing activities and campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to learn new processes and optimize existing ones
  • Experience with CRM systems, email marketing applications and webcast platforms
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Excellent organizational, planning & prioritization skills
  • Self-directed individual
  • Experience with the channel a is a plus
  • BA/BS required
