The Sales Operations Specialist supports all functions essential to sales force productivity as well as support the Sophos reporting, analytics, and systems team. The role will perform essential elements of supporting functions essential to sales force productivity. These include reporting, go-to-market planning, territory, and competitive analysis.


Tasks and resonsibilities


  • Work in partnership with the regional Sales Operations and Sales Management team.
  • Assist Sales in developing the annual go-to-market strategy, planning sales territories, appropriate coverage, and optimum resourcing levels.
  • Manage, monitor, review, and report regional activity against Key Performance Indicators,
  • Identify productivity trends across the region and use insight from reporting to create and drive efficient processes to improve productivity
  • Work collaboratively within a global project team and communicate status, actions and aims to the region as per the requirements of the project
  • Learn and become proficient in various sales tools such as Salesforce.
  • Use internal CRM (Salesforce) and other systems to provide clear and concise data
  • Be a ‘Superuser’ for CRM, providing guidance and training on best practices and processes within the region
  • Ensure system data is complete, accurate clean, and thorough in core systems.
  • Learn to use available tools to optimize role in supporting sales productivity
  • Maintain update knowledge of Sales Operations skills and methodologies


Skills Desired

  • Analytical - understands data, how to develop insightful analytics and instinct to know when to base decisions from findings and when to question them
  • Has strong and confident communication skills - written, verbal and presentation (English)
  • Additional language from the Region is useful
  • Can present information in a clear and structured way
  • Can evaluate and set priorities appropriately
  • Intellectually curious, uses critical thinking and has a learning mindset
  • Has excellent MS office skills or similar package
  • Experience: 3+ yrs. of experience in Sales Ops or FP&A, preferably in the software / SAAS industry
  • Working Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Preferred Location: Budapest, Hungry
