The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations will manage a team of Sales Operations and Renewal Operations Specialists in Budapest, Hungry.

The position is responsible for hiring, training, staffing, and managing a new Sale Operations team that will support theatre-based Sales Operations, global sales teams, and partners. The team will, at first, have two primary responsibilities: 1) Support local sales operations teams and sales teams as needed; and 2) Support renewals through analytics, reporting, creating quotes and tracking renewals performance.   

 

Tasks and Responsibilities
 

  • Working with the VP of Global Sales Operations, develop a practice to support the subscription renewals business through better analytics, providing tracking and updates, assist with renewal quotes and measure renewals performance at the global, theatre and region level
  • Work with Sales Leaders to understand and be able to interpret renewals performance
  • Manage day-to-day activity of the Sales Operations analyst in support of regional sales operations functions (primarily in EMEA and Americas).
  • Work in partnership with the Sales Operations and Sales Management team and ensure that the appropriate operational support mechanisms are in place, well managed and meet the needs of the business
  • Develops, maintains, and manages detailed project plans, action items, and major milestone timelines for all assigned projects.
  • Monitor and creates project deliverables.
  • Monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Manages project status and information in the form of formal briefings, project update meetings, and written, electronic and graphic reports.
  • Manage, monitor, review, and report regional activity against Key Performance Indicators, identifying trends and any issues and raise with the Sales Managers
  • Identify productivity trends within the team and within sales and use insight from reporting to create and drive efficient processes to improve productivity
  • Carry out weekly, monthly, and quarterly review of renewals forecast for the region. Work with Finance and Sales Managers to generate forecasts and assess, interpret, challenge and support accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sr. Director of Reporting and Analytics to develop reporting that can be consumed across various teams and stakeholders and provide reporting and analytics for the range of operational requirements- forecast and forecasting process, pipeline metrics, productivity metrics and KPIs. Use internal CRM (Salesforce) and other systems to provide clear and concise data
  • Maintain update knowledge of Sales Operations skills and methodologies
  • Participate with global team in annual planning and strategy

 

Skills we are looking for
 

  • Analytical - understands data, how to develop insightful analytics and instinct to know when to base decisions from findings and when to question them
  • Experience supporting a global organization
  • Intellectually curious
  • Has strong and confident communication skills - written, verbal and presentation (English)
  • Excellent at report design
  • Additional language from the Region is useful
  • Can present information in a clear and structured way
  • Can evaluate and set priorities appropriately
  • Uses critical thinking
  • Has excellent MS office skills or similar package
  • Has a learning mindset
  • Experience: 3 years of management experience and 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or FP&A, preferably in the software / SAAS industry
  • Working Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, PowerBI
  • Location: Budapest
