Role Summary

We are in search of an energetic, passionate, and uniquely talented individual to join our Global Technical Support Training team. Our training team helps to ensure that our support teams are prepared to provide high quality technical support for our advanced Cybersecurity products to ensure that our customers remain secure and protected.

As a team member, you’ll be involved in all aspects of our technical training program - from design, development, and to delivery, all in an open and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in a global technical training team that supports an industry leading security product.

Our team is comprised of experienced technical training professionals using the latest tools, technologies, and industry best practices. Success in our industry requires a team culture with a healthy “continuous improvement” mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

What You Will Bring

  • Hands-on experience using or teaching security products, such as Firewalls, web or email security filters, Endpoint desktop/server anti-malware, Cloud Platforms like AWS, Azure, etc..
  • Ability to assess technical requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Thrive in a multitasking environment and can adjust priorities on the fly.

 

Even better if you have the following, but don’t worry if you don’t. We will teach you.

  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems, and onboarding programs
  • Experience with software to create computer based training, such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Articulate
