Duities & Responsibilites:- 


As a Systems Administrator you will:

Responsible for delivering the infrastructure to provide customer facing systems and cloud services to Sophos customers. Monitor the systems on a 24X7-shift basis, take action on resolving issues and follow defined escalation paths. 

Support Scope

  • Participate in a regular 24X7 shift rotation
  • Monitor the CIS infrastructure per defined procedures
  • Acknowledge alerts and start the incident process
  • Apply first level resolution procedures as documented and follow documented escalation procedures for incidents
  • Act as a first point of contact for Tech Support, IT, Labs and qualify their requests.

Technical Requirements

  • Experience working in systems administration with Windows and Linux
  • Experience providing user support and system troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Cloud computing
