Role Summary

This is a Senior role within the Global L & D team, designing and Facilitating blended learning and development workshops and learning events for all levels up to and including C Suite.  Working as a business partner to internal business units, consulting around people development capabilities and creating and facilitating bespoke interventions as well as company wide development programs.


What You Will Do

  •  Liaise with internal customers, consulting on skill and capability development needs and proposing solutions
  • Designing learning interventions, both on a bespoke department level, and also for wider company events including face to face and online workshops, team development events, bespoke skill development using a blend of in-person, online and eLearning formats
  • Facilitating learning workshops to all levels within the organization
  • Delivering one to one executive and performance coaching to individual colleagues
  • Work with the wider L & D team to collectively upskill and remain fresh, relevant and up to date with current thinking and trends in leadership and personal effectiveness


What You Will Bring


  • 5-10 years of programme design experience in a corporate environment
  • Leadership capability experience from a design perspective and ideally with person experience of leading a team
  • World-class and extensive facilitation experience across a wide variety of audiences, preferably with truly global first hand experience
  • Appropriate L & D Industry qualifications and accreditations, such as LPI membership, Coaching accreditation (ICF, Association for Coaching, EMCC or similar), BPS qualified (User and Personality)
  • Psychometric qualifications (MBTI, SDI, NEO PI-3, Insights, Wave etc)
  • Drive, passion for people development and a good sense of humour
