Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, this newly created role is responsible for leading all Revenue financial accounting, close processes and Revenue reporting.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end close on Revenue, with support from a Revenue Accountant
  • Use judgement to apply relevant accounting standards to new product offerings for the Group, whilst supporting a commercial approach
  • Developing a deep understanding of, and prepare, detailed variance analysis for Revenue and Deferred Revenue
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence and Data team to improve Deferred Revenue data quality and insights
  • Develop and manage Revenue dashboards to aid leadership in business decisions
  • Lead controls-based audits by ensuring control procedures are up to date with relevant documentary evidence
  • Managing the relationship and inputs to the FP&A team to produce accurate Revenue forecasts
  • Review and improve current processes to increase efficiency and transparency of Revenue
  • Lead the management of the audit team covering all aspects of both external and internal audits of Revenue
  • Reviewing and improving current processes to improve efficiency
  • Some holiday restrictions around month end close



  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Strong accounting background with a thorough knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting standards
  • Experience in revenue accounting
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Experience in working with external auditors and tax advisors
  • SAP and Salesforce experience are desirable
  • PowerBI and dashboard reporting
  • RevPro experience
