We are excited to be able to offer the opportunity for a Graduate to join the team and alongside their role, develop Sales skillset and technique with an apprenticeship study scheme. In this UK based role you will be managing by phone, the relationship with prospect partners and assigned territory partners in Finland, moving from qualification, on boarding, training and enabling activities.


Main Duties

  • Help to build a qualified pipeline of new business coming from prospect partners and assigned partners
  • Manage relationships with assigned territory partners and prospects
  • Facilitate channel engagement in support of territory sales goals (deal registration process)
  • Coordinate recruitment as required by territory channel planning process
  • Organise on-boarding and enablement activities for assigned territory partners
  • Align Sophos sales and technical resources to support identified opportunities from assigned territory partners
  • Cultivate strong consultative relationships and act as a primary point of contact for assigned territory partners to ensure partner satisfaction
  • Log all activities to maintain accuracy of CRM/PRM and forecasting systems
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of assigned partners’ business (pain points, investment areas, profitability factors, etc.)
  • Consistently articulate Sophos’ value proposition to assigned territory partners in order to maintain and increase Sophos’ share of each partner’s business
  • Effectively articulate the requirements, expectations, and benefits of the Sophos Partner Program to assigned channel partners


Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s Degree – subject flexible
  • Experience in a commercial/administrative sales environment
  • Good working knowledge of the sales process, including retention and partner care aspects
  • Previous use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Good verbal & written communication skills in English (Finnish or Swedish language skills would be an advantage but not essential)
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Understanding that the partner is essential to the sales success
  • Committed to further study via the apprenticeship scheme
