Job Purpose:

As a member of the Finance team you will be directly involved in relation to revenue for the Group’s Order-to-Cash systems enhancement project, Project Netflix.  You will perform a key role in the project team covering all aspects of the project life-cycle including detailed design, UAT design & testing, as well as implementation of the new system.  You will contribute to the project through participation in a series of business wide Workshops, whiteboarding sessions and contribute during all stages.



Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate and contribute to key design decisions whilst considering simplicity, standardisation and scalability
  • Provision of relevant data, documentation and process flows
  • Prepare for End User Acceptance Testing including developing use cases and samples
  • Conduct End User Acceptance Testing
  • Evaluate current processes for efficiency and help identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Working closely with wider finance and Project Netflix team to contribute to best-in-class solution
  • Flexibility required to work extra hours at short notice to meet project and reporting requirements
  • Remote Work is negotiable



Skills and Experience:



  • Qualified accountant
  • At least 3 years relevant post qualification experience
  • The ability to organise a busy and demanding workload is essential as is the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with changing priorities
  • Strong communications skills; able to develop strong working relationships outside of Finance
  • Revenue accounting experience
  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
  • Self-starter with drive and determination
  • Change management projects
  • Experience of performing UAT on a systems project


Desirable (but not essential)


  • In-depth Order-to-Cash processes understanding
  • Financial systems and data management experience
