Job Purpose:

As a RMA and Logistics Processor you are responsible to support processing of RMA (Return Material Authorisation) cases and Sales Order Fulfillment. Working as part of the EMEA RMA team based in our UK warehouse. Be responsible for processing the replacement and rotation of defective hardware from customers. Management of stock rotation and stock levels. Fulfilment of replacement appliances throughout the Europe region.

Fulfilling Sales Orders to customers using RFID Handheld WM system for order fulfillment.

Training provided to support knowledge and development into Logistics, International Trade, Technology Industry and International Supply Chain.


Main Duties:



  • Perform picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Loading and unloading goods / Stock receiving and put away.
  • Stock count and relocation.
  • Keeping the Warehouse tidy.


  • Preparation of Shipping Documents & Carrier shipment preparation.
  • Clearance for Import/Export Shipments as Required.

Hardware Goods:

  • Loading of Software on machines.
  • Quality Assurance Checking.
  • Hardware and software fault diagnosis and recording of results.
  • Keeping accurate records of warranty and customer equipment returns for repair.


  • Updating and recording of details in our internal WMS.
  • Updating records in the CRM for RMA cases.
  • Maintaining Databases and Excel files.


  • Communication with customers on the progress of their Case via the CRM system.
  • Friendly and approachable manner for both external and internal communication.



  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
  • Working within a Warehouse environment or Office team.
  • Working to defined procedures.
  • Working with Microsoft Office products; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (Access Database knowledge and advantage.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Confident, methodical, and organized.
